REGISTER NOW IN JUST 3 STEPS!

1. Click the “Register Now” button

2. Create your user profile on CromPass and activate it through the email we will send you

3. Fill in the data and make the payment

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you finish the process with your identification number. It is important to also check your spam folder. If you don’t receive any email, please contact us at info@cromride.cat .

PAYMENT 

You can pay the registration fee at the end of your registration. Payment can be made by credit card, Bizum, Google Pay and Apple pay through the payment gateway.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

You can cancel it with a cost of €15 by notifying us before May 16, 2025, by sending an email to info@cromride.cat. 

If you cancel between May 17 and June 28, 2025, you will not be entitled to any refund. 

You can also transfer your spot to another person. 

If you find someone willing to participate, we can change the name at no cost as long as it’s before May 16, 2025. 

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. 

If the event needs to be canceled due to force majeure (extremely adverse weather conditions preventing circulation, authorities’ prohibition…), the registration fee will not be refunded.
