The Crom Ride closes a special edition with more than 500 attendees

Considered to be the first motorcycle outing of the summer, in this edition the Crom Ride has been consolidated both in the number of attendees and in the participation of sponsors and collaborators.

Last Saturday, July 4, at the Fontajau Pavilion in Girona, the enthusiasm of 451 motorcyclists and their companions was felt, ready to go out to enjoy 500km on iconic roads in the province of Girona.

The route recommended by the organization was characterized, once again, by very winding roads, little traffic and of great landscape value: the choice of these roads and the links between them already make up the personality of the Crom Ride. The route began with the traditional ascent to Els Àngels, following the medieval villages of Monells and Cruïlles to reach the Costa Brava on its way through Llafranc and Begur.

For the fourth consecutive year, the collaboration of the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava – Pirineu de Girona allowed to frame 5 Passage Controls in unique locations and characteristics of the province such as Pals, Beget, Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Lighthouse, Coll de Ravell and Hostalric.

Given the special circumstances in which the 2020 edition took place, the satisfaction of all participants and collaborators has been the same as in previous editions and they summarize it in one sentence: “we are already waiting for the Crom Ride 2021 ! ”
